The highlight of the Event is as follows:

Police Community Relations Office of Kowloon City District officially launched its flagship crime prevention programme, which integrates local efforts under three clear pillars: “Rule out Scams, Rule out Theft, Rule with Youth”, focusing respectively on anti-deception, anti-theft measures, and youth engagement.

It symbolizes Kowloon City’s shift from the old “no-man’s-land” impression to a new era of “Sam Bit Guan” – three areas that must be actively managed, where police and community, especially young people, work together to safeguard public safety
