The highlight of the Event is as follows:

Officers of Police Community Relations Office of Tsuen Wan Police District and members of Tsuen Wan District Fight Crime Committee organize a winter precaution publicity event.  Members of Tsuen Wan District Fight Crime Committee write Fai Chun in this event and set up information booths to disseminate anti-deception messages to the public with District Commander Tsuen Wan Police District and members of Tsuen Wan District Fight Crime Committee.
