Officers of Police Community Relations Office of Kwai Tsing Police District and officers of New Territories South Regional Crime Prevention Office (Kwai Tsing Police District) jointly distribute anti-deception leaflets to the local residents and security guards at all the public housing estates in Kwai Chung & Tsing Yi.
